Sweet Nothings PB, Banana & Oat Muffins!

We've got the perfect snack to sink your teeth into. These Sweet Nothings muffins are a magical marriage of peanut butter, banana, and oat bliss! Each muffin is packed with healthy protein, fiber, and energy boosting nutrients!

Recipe:
  • 3 Sweet Nothings Peanut Butter cups  
  • 1 very ripe mashed banana
  • 1/3 cup olive oil  
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon  
  • 1 3/4 cup oat flour  
  • 2 eggs
Directions:

Step 1

Mash Banana in a small bowl. Place Sweet Nothings cups in the microwave for 20-25 seconds.

Step 2

Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

Step 3

In a large bowl, beat the eggs lightly. Stir in the milk, oil, honey and vanilla. Add the mashed banana and Sweet Nothings. Stir the flour mixture into the banana mixture until evenly combined. Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper bake cups, and divide the batter among them.

Step 4

Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes and enjoy!
